Postcards

Postcards announcing the Lutheran College Fair events will be distributed to pastors, youth leaders, students, district/synod contacts, and high school guidance counselors. Posters will be sent to churches within 100 miles of each event.

Pastors, Youth Leaders

LECNA will mail postcards to all pastors and youth leaders within a 100 mile radius of each event.

Students/Parents

**The ELCA and LCMS higher education offices will continue to mail postcards to all students on their student databases by participating in a joint mailing effort described on the following page.

**College and university admissions offices will notify their prospects by participating in a joint mailing effort described on the following page.

District/Synod Offices

LECNA will mail news releases to all communication directors and youth ministry liaisons in district and synod offices nationwide.
Public/Private High School Guidance Counselors

LECNA will mail postcards to each guidance counselor at all public and private high schools within a 100 mile radius of each event.

E-mail Messages

In addition to the printed material we distribute promoting the Lutheran College Fairs, LECNA also sends email messages to all pastors, students, parents, district/synod personnel, and public/private high school guidance counselors that we have available in our database.

All publicity will include our web site address with details regarding the Lutheran College Fairs.
